HAPPY BIRTHDAY : To the owner of Keedie’s Corner

I would would like everyone to wish Keidra Ponder a very Happy Birthday! The owner of the Daytona Beach based company has grown her movement over the years, One being her recent branch to Atlanta,GA. Her maturity in age only compliments her maturity as a business and as a person, as well.

I personally met Keidra from being a fan first. I wanted to be featured on her platform. I appreciated the material she posted and the movement she was upholding. It was taken upon her self from seeing my resume that I would be a perfect partner within the company. Since then I’ve watched this woman grow into the real “voice of the underground”.

From the first time she told me her slogan “Somebody gotta tell the story”   I knew it would be perfect for what I believed was needed in our community. Keidra is inspired to highlight the positive within her community. Not only that, she also feels that people should highlight the unseen ground work it takes for these outlets and special people to achieve their goals within the community.

Her movement helped me realize the importance behind embracing the great around us instead of being burdened by negative. If we give people an incentive to do positive then they will feel a self honoring feeling that can encourage them to embrace being rewarded for imputing positivity into the community. Showing what that can do for our community is also just as, if not more, important.

This is not just the celebration of an age change, this is a celebration of what it looks like to “grow”mentally. I am definitely proud of accomplishing another full year with you. We love you Keidra, God Bless.
